Below are links to some self marking MCQ google forms for GCSE. To make these, I looked at the specification and turned each spec point into a question. This is a really powerful technique in getting students to learn & retrieve declarative knowledge in the course. These have been made looking at the Edexcel IGCSE physics specification, but are easily adaptable for AQA.
